How Menopause Can Affect Your Skin

Menopause can affect your skin in many way including increased oiliness or increased dryness. Estrogen is the ruling hormone in this process. When it drops dramatically, a loss of skin tone, loss of moisture and increase in wrinkles may be seen. Estrogen has a strong influence in collagen formation which is related to formation of wrinkles, loss of skin tone and decreased production of sebum. Menopausal skin should be treated tenderly yet thoroughly. A gentle cleanser and effective moisturizer will make a world of difference. Choose a moisturizer with Retinol*, it's not as drying as Retin-A. Retinol and gives the skin a fighting chance against aging while repairing damage. Treat  yourself to regular facials to speed up improvements and boost your self-esteem.
* Creme Oxygene contains Retinol.

We suggest using Seriously Uptight, it is rich with firming anti-aging ingredients such as mirine minerals and plant extracts. This will really help to moisturize menopausal skin, and give it a youthful glow. You will love the way you look!
